Order Processing and Shipping

Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and verified within 2-3 business days, depending on demand and product availability. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary during high-demand periods.

Shipping Time:
The expected delivery time for most orders is between 8-15 business days. Please note that this may vary based on your location and other factors outside of our control.

You will always receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, along with a tracking number to monitor the status of your package.


Changes to Orders

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the items or shipping address. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.


Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided during the order process, we assume no responsibility and cannot offer replacements or refunds for the order.

Address Change Request:
If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address after placing your order, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. We can only correct the address if the order has not been shipped yet.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, we cannot issue replacements or refunds for packages that are lost or stolen after they are shipped.

If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided to file a claim.
